Bajifair Terms & Conditions – A Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile platform, and all services provided by bajifair through the domain bajifair.best ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the bajifair Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

Bajifair reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with the eligibility requirements above. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Player Account – Creation, Maintenance & Responsibilities

Each bajifair player is only permitted to hold one active account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

You are solely responsible for keeping your bajifair account password and login credentials confidential. bajifair will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your login information. You must notify bajifair immediately at support@bajifair.best if you suspect that any unauthorised party has accessed your account.

• A bajifair account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual.
• You agree to keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur, to ensure bajifair's records remain accurate.
• Bajifair reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time and to temporarily freeze an account while the verification process is underway.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee or closure at bajifair's discretion, with prior notice sent to the registered email address.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on bajifair are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Bajifair accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Online Banking: DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks

Amount minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, bajifair reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding a certain threshold for AML compliance purposes.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM 30 per request. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the player's original deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by bajifair. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallet (TNG, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 1–4 working hours
• DuitNow & FPX to bank account: Same day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Malaysia time; next working day for requests submitted after 5:00 PM

5General Betting Rules

Betting on bajifair is subject to the following general rules, which apply across all game categories — Sports Betting, live casino, poker, virtual sports, and table games:

• All bets placed and confirmed are considered final. bajifair will not void accepted bets except in cases of clear technical errors, incorrectly displayed odds, or other circumstances specified in the rules applicable to each game type.
• Bajifair reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for any market, league, match, or game type at its sole discretion.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is postponed after it has started and does not resume within 12 hours, all bets on that match will be voided and refunded to players, unless otherwise stated in the relevant market rules.
• Any dispute relating to a betting outcome must be submitted to bajifair within 30 days of the date the outcome was displayed. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption affecting betting outcomes, bajifair reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return funds to the players.

6Bonus, Promotions & Special Offers Policy

9Account Closure, Suspension & Restrictions

Bajifair reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure)

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, bajifair reserves the right to withhold funds in the account pending the completion of an investigation. If the investigation establishes fraud or a serious breach, those funds may be frozen or forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the bajifair support team. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player once the verification process is complete, subject to the fulfilment of any outstanding rollover requirements.

• Betting outcomes resulting from a player's own error in entering information or selecting an unintended market.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity, as betting involves the risk of losing money — a risk that every player must understand and accept.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the bajifair Platform.

Bajifair's maximum liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Amendments, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Bajifair reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Players will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address or through a prominent notice on the bajifair Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bajifair Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the player and bajifair. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration under mutually agreed procedures, or to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
